Costs and Methods

Store Pickup (in Winnipeg)  is free . Order online and  we set it aside for you. Curbside? Just add a note to your order and phone when you get to the store (during our normal hours).

Local delivery  $12.00 but free on purchases over $30.00. Delivered by Trexity, or by one of us. Applies only to Postal Codes starting with R2Y, R3G, R3J, R3K.

Winnipeg but not local to the store $12.00 but free on purchases over $60.00. Delivered by Trexity

For everywhere else:

  • Manitoba except Winnipeg: $14.00 by Canada Post
  • Saskatchewan:  $15.00 by Canada Post
  • Alberta: $17.00 by Canada Post
  • Ontario and BC:  $24.00 by Canada Post

We will email you a tracking number.

Always free delivery for purchases $120 and over to AB, BC, MB, ON, SK.

Shipping Time

Local pickup: Usually ready in under 2 hours if you order at least 2 hours before regular closing.  We email or call you as soon as your order is hot to go.

Winnipeg Delivery:  Usually the same day if you order 3 hours before our posted closing time.

Everywhere else:  You should receive your order within 3 to 6 business days, depending on location. This can change with things like weather, floods, and so on.  We email you a tracking number so you can get a better idea of what’s happening.

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of receiving notification of shipment, please email or call us. Most orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Canada Post can get slammed around holidays, so no guarantees.

Handling Time: From the time you place your order to when we ship will be two business days or less.
We operate 7 days a week, but shippers might not. You will be emailed confirmation and the tracking number after your order is in Canada Post’s hands.

Returns

Full refund up to 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exception – Gift cards are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is best effort on your part – if the packaging is damaged, we will still refund.

Please advise if you want an exchange instead of a refund. You will not be charged for shipping the new item.

Return shipping must be paid by you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
