Shipping Information

Shipping Options:

⦿ Store Pickup – order,  we set it aside for you. Curbside? Just add a note to your order and phone when you get to the store (during our normal hours).

⦿ Local delivery by One Spoiled Kitty    * Free *  Someone has to be at home to accept the delivery. We won’t leave it on your step.

⦿ For all others, Canada Post / Courier (our choice), will include a tracking number which we will email to you. We will ship only to Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta ($12) plus Ontario and British Columbia ($20).

Cost of Shipping:

Store pickup: always free.
$Free  Local delivery to the locale around the store (see postal code list).
$12.00 Flat rate delivery to Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta, and the rest of Winnipeg.
$20.00 Flat rate delivery to British Columbia & Ontario.

Non-local but free: Purchases $120 and over to AB, BC, MB, ON, SK.

Duration of Shipping:

If your order has not arrived within 8 business days of receiving notification of shipment, please email or call us. Most orders will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Canada Post can get slammed around holidays, so no garantees.

Handling Time:

From the time you place your order to when we ship will be three business days or less.
We operate 7 days a week, but shippers might not. An order on Monday should be on its way to you within two days, but a Friday,  Saturday or Sunday order could take an extra day or two.
You will be emailed confirmation after packing your order.

Store Pickup Time:

Usually ready in under 2 hours if you order at least 2 hours before regular closing.  We email you as soon as your order is hot to go.

Full refund up to 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exception – Gift cards are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is best effort on your part – if the packaging is damaged, we will still refund.

Please advise if you want an exchange instead of a refund. You will not be charged for shipping the new item.

Return shipping must be paid by you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
